Everyone knows that school is back in session and as a graduating senior, I dread being back in school. Sure, I want to finish my last semester, but I wish I was done now! Help me someone, because I have a serious case of senioritis. Trying to get back into school mode is very difficult, especially after coming back off a whole month Christmas break.

Just the other day I was wondering why we have such a long break. It would have been much easier if we had gone straight through and not have taken the month off. I know most of you are reading this and thinking "this girl has got to be crazy," but honestly, I would have preferred to have gone straight through the entire year and graduated earlier. Of course we would have had both Christmas and the New Year off to spend time with our family, but the other days that most of us were just lying around or going out clubbing could have been used as school time.

Yesterday, I went into the book store to purchase my books and the total came to $763.58. "WOW"...was all I could say. There is something about the whole school process that makes me feel lazy. For example; fixing your class schedule, getting validated, buying a parking decal, purchasing books, deciding which residence hall you want to reside in, and finally going to class! It may sound like I'm complaining, but I think it's the senioritis talking...lol!

Seriously, my fellow peers, I love JCSU and being able to represent this prestigious university, but my four year bid is almost up and I've gotten very excited about graduating this May. This will be the biggest accomplishment of my life thus far and I cannot wait. If there are any other graduating seniors out there who are experiencing a case of senioritis understand that that we only have one semester left, so suck it up and finish this semester strong. At least that's what I keep telling myself!!!
