Johnson C. Smith University invites you to hear the Urban Land Institute's findings about the proposed Beatties Ford Road Corridor revitalization project. The findings will be presented at 8 a.m. tomorrow, June 10, 2010, at Johnson & Wales University Auditorium located at 801 West Trade Street. The event is free and open to the public.

The Urban Land Institute is a national non-profit organization that specializes in creating revitalization blueprints for areas. The group has been in town since Monday to discuss ways the area can better connect to neighboring Uptown. "The University is excited about partnering with ULI," said Malcolm Graham, Special Assistant to the President for Community Engagement and Governmental Affairs. "We look forward to hearing more about their findings and tapping into the unlimited potential of the corridor."
