Johnson C. University now accepts all major credit cards and debit cards online. To use this feature, the person making the payment must have the student's University ID number and the Web Pin Number to access the account via the On-Line Grades and Registration web portal.

If you do not have a Web Pin Number, you should contact the Registrar's Office. You may contact the Registrar's Office in person or by email jstowe@jcsu.edu or llowery@jcsu.edu. Please be advised that the Web Pin number is different from the Financial Aid Online Manager web pin number.

This feature is only available for Tuition, Mandatory Fees, Room and Board. For all other payments, please contact the University Cashier at (704) 378-1091. Also, you may mail Money Orders and Bank Checks to the University Cashier at 100 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC, 28216. Personal checks are not accepted.

Steps To Process An On-Line Credit Card Payment:

1. Log into the Online Grades and Registration portal http://msw23w04.jcsu.edu/ics

     a. User Name: Student ID Number (Obtain log in information from Registrar's Office)

     b. Password: Web Pin Number

2. Once logged in, click on the Finance Tab, on the top menu bar, click Student Finances on left side of the screen. Click on the Student Accounts handout for Online Payment Instructions.
